SGA’s Sky Zone event originally scheduled for Feb. 28 is rescheduled for Tuesday, March 19.

The executive SGA event held at Sky Zone, the indoor trampoline park in Boston, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 19, 2013. The event was originally planned for Feb. 28.

The change is due to lack of communication on the part of Sky Zone.

Mixi Lopez, director of student events, explained, “The only reason we changed the date was because Sky Zone didn’t call us back on time.”

Any students interested in the newly scheduled event should sign up in the SGA office as soon as possible. The event is free for the first 50 students that sign up, and transportation will be provided. After the first 50 spots are taken, the event will cost $10 per person, and alternate transportation will need to be arranged.

Lopez said that the change “ended up working out because most people went home [for spring break] on the day we were [originally] going to have it.”

Sky Zone has been reserved for ENC students from 8 to 9 p.m. All students will need to complete and sign a waiver, and any students under the age of 18 will need a waiver signed by their parents or legal guardians in order to participate.

The group driving with SGA will meet in the Dugout at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday and will depart for Sky Zone soon after.
