The ENC Men’s Soccer team suffered their first loss to Wheelock Saturday. The Lions are flaunting a 3-1 current record for the season. They hope to turn their luck around against Clark on Sept. 16.

Off of an intense double overtime thriller against Moravia last Saturday, the Women’s soccer team continued a positive streak. After defeating Nichols, the girls are looking at a 1-2-1 record. The lions will compete against Wheelock on Sept. 14.

The Men’s Cross Country team sets their sights on the Umass Dartmouth Invitational September 19th at Umass Boston.  After an impressive showing by Junior Greg Whitney (Henniker, NH) during the Mass-Maritime Invitational on September 5th, the men prepare during the two week window before their next meet as they prepare to face Mass-Maritime and Emerson.

Women’s Cross Country competed in the Mass-Maritime Invitational, finishing 5th behind the strong legs of Jill Russell (Wappingers Falls, NY) and BriAnna Fraser (Henderson, NV), who placed in the top 20. They hope to beat Emerson during their match on Sept. 19th.

The Women’s Tennis team suffered a loss on September 12th. The team now holds a 1-3 record for the year and a 0-2 record for the Commonwealth Coast Conference.

The Women’s Volleyball team plans to rebound from four back to back tough losses.  Consistency will be the key to victory as they face Newbury College Sept. 15 at 7 p.m.
