The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has announced that this year’s awards ceremony will be held to move the Oscars gala forward at the traditional Dolby Theater of Hollywood in downtown Los Angeles starting in 2029, just after the centennial commemoration of the industry’s most coded giants.
