The executive highlights that “Brazilians are our main customers, when we look at what foreign customers areand it also has a lot to do with the portfolio that Dils sells”, referring to the company’s high-end real estate offering. Among the preferences of Brazilians, who “remain in love with Portugal”, says PatrĂ­cia, are “locations such as Cascais, Estoril, Lisbon, Comporta, the Algarveand in fact there is an offer of properties that is very attractive for us to continue to have that nationality with us”.

On average, Brazilians and other foreign clients of Dils have a property investment profile in the range of 750 thousand euros (more than 4.7 million reais at current prices). To continue attracting this market, the company is investing in marketing actions aimed at Brazil. “If we go to Brazil, we present the characteristics that we consider important for Brazilians to buy a house in Portugal. We advise, obviously, what the best opportunities are. And, basically, we create the conditions so that a Brazilian who wants to invest in Portugal can do so with the greatest security and, at least, can achieve what is their dream.”
