“A black market for hormones will be created”

Doctors who work with transgender youth accuse: PSD, Chega and CDS-PP did not listen to experts before legislating nor did they foresee consequences, such as resorting to the black market. And they ask: if hormone therapy is banned for minors, what will happen to those who are currently receiving it?
