The National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), reported the death of a person after the match between the Blue Cross y Monterrey in it Olympic Stadium Universitywhich took place on the night of Saturday October 25.
He explained that when carrying out the removal of people who remained in the parking lots of the sports venue, a person in an apparent state of intoxication verbally and physically attacked the stadium security personnel, violently impeding their work.

“The person managed to be subdued by said security elements for his delivery to the authorities. During the journey of his transfer, he fainted, so the support of paramedics was immediately requested to provide the corresponding medical attention,” he said in a statement.
He stressed that, “despite efforts to revive him, unfortunately, the absence of vital signs was determined.”
Due to the above, the support of personnel from the Secretary of Citizen Security (SSC) and of the Mexico City Attorney General’s Officeto initiate the corresponding investigations and determine the responsibilities of the personnel who were involved in the events.

He reported that due to these events, they are being investigated before the Public Ministryfour people and all the evidence available to clarify what happened will be provided.
