After having started the pre-sale process for clients of an international bank account weeks ago, the International Association Football Federation (FIFA) indicated that as of today the purchases of just over one million tickets for the next 2026 World Cup.
Residents of the three host countries (United States, Canada and Mexicoin that order) have occupied the top positions on the list and have acquired more tickets than anyone else. England, Germany, Brazil, Spain, Colombia, Argentina and Francein order of demand, complete the top ten countries in terms of ticket sales.

“It is a very exciting step towards 2026. With national teams from around the world competing for a place in the historic FIFA World Cup 26“I am excited to see that so many football lovers also want to be part of this event that will be held in North America and that will mark a before and after,” declared Gianni Infantino, president of FIFA.
The authority indicated that the public response has been incredible and is a magnificent sign that the largest and most inclusive World Cup in history has already begun to captivate fans from all over the world. It was even stated that fans from more than 200 countries and territories have purchased tickets, with Canada, Mexico and the United States of America, the host countries of this edition, leading the way.

Next sales period, starting Monday, October 27: FIFA
FIFA reported that all fans, including those who were unlucky in the pre-sale phase, can prepare for the next ticket sales periodwhich will begin on Monday, October 27. That day the early draw will open, in which individual tickets can be purchased for the 104 games, as well as stadium and team tickets.
Additionally, eligible ticket holders now have an official exchange platform available on FIFA.com/tickets. The purpose of this initiative is to protect fans from invalid or unauthorized resales, and is available to fans subject to federal and local regulations; Residents in Mexico will have access to the FIFA Ticket Exchange Platform.
