What is the AI.ACADEMY?

The AI.ACADEMY is a modular training platform for companies that want to understand, use and strategically anchor artificial intelligence – without buzzwords, but with a clear practical relevance.

We offer:

  • Workshops for teams and managers who want to delve deeper into specific subject areas of artificial intelligence.
  • Inhouse-Workshops: Exclusive formats that are carried out exclusively within one company – without participants from other organizations. Content and process are tailored precisely to the respective team and the company context.

Our content is aimed at decision-makers, those responsible for innovation, HR and digital teams as well as product developers and compliance officers.

The EU AI Act: mandatory training for companies

With the I HAVE Act The European Union has created a clear legal framework for the use of artificial intelligence. The legal text obliges companies to to train their employees in how to use AI – especially when so-called High-Risk AI Systems are in use.

The requirements at a glance:

  • Companies must ensure that their employees are… appropriate level of AI literacy have a basic understanding of how AI works, risks and responsible use.
  • The obligation to train applies regardless of the size of the company – SMEs are also affected.
  • The content of the training should be based on the role, previous knowledge and the specific operational context of the employees.
  • One is particularly important for critical applications (e.g. in HR, lending or medical analysis). Documented training required by law.

The good news: Companies have scope for design – and with the AI.ACADEMY they now have a concrete offer to implement these requirements in a practical way.
