Two years after the investigation began, Robert Mueller testified before Congress about the results of the investigation, which Trump called “a witch hunt.”
Before Congress, the former FBI director said his report did not exonerate Trump, but he mostly dodged questions from lawmakers and referred only to the results of his investigation.
