87.4 million euros are planned for investments in the area of ​​justice. Of these, 36.8 million euros are allocated to requalification works and construction of buildings at the Ministry of Justice. The acquisition of goods and services will cost 434.3 million euros. the Institute of Financial Management and Justice Equipment (IGFEJ) will receive the majority, 241.7 million euros. The General Directorate of Reinsertion and Prison Services will have 43 million euros, while the Institute of Registries and Notaries (IRN) will have 52.1 million euros.

Of the total consolidated revenue, own revenues amount to 711.2 million euros. The remainder comes from tax revenue (1000.1 million euros), European funds (82.1 million euros) and transfers within the Public Administration (231.5 million euros).

Fees, fines and penalties support part of this budget, with “special emphasis on the collection of various fees in the context of registrations and notary work”, under IRN’s responsibility. In addition to the “collection of court fees and emolumentary revenue charged by IGFEJ.
