Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘Rancho Zorro’ raided in New Mexico

US investigators raided the ‘Rancho Zorro’ of the late criminal Jeffrey Epstein in the state of New Mexico on Monday, as part of an investigation into alleged abuse of women and girls, authorities reported.

“This search is part of the criminal investigation announced on February 19 by the New Mexico Department of Justice into alleged illegal activities at Epstein’s Zorro Ranch prior to Epstein’s death in 2019,” the entity said in a statement.

The search is the result of the disclosure of millions of documents from the US Department of Justice about the financier.

These documents cite “Rancho Zorro” thousands of times.

New Mexico Congresswoman Melanie Stansbury said the search “will leave no stone unturned.”

“Epstein survivors have waited too long for justice, and New Mexico is leading the way in the search for truth and accountability,” Stansbury posted in X.

Jeffrey Epstein was convicted in 2008 on charges of abusing minors, some as young as 14-year-old girls.

He died in prison in New York before being tried on sex trafficking charges.

Following his death, an unidentified woman, who used the alias Jane Doe 15, claimed that Epstein raped her at the ranch when she was 15 years old.

Another woman, Annie Farmer, claimed that Epstein’s accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, currently imprisoned, fondled her breasts on the ranch when she was a teenager.
