Kuwait and UAE targeted by Iranian missiles and drones. Meeting in Pakistan to try to calm the conflict

Israel concluded a new wave of attacks against the Iranian government’s “mobile command centers” and weapons production factories in Tehran last night, according to the Israeli army today.

For its part, Iran designated Israeli and North American universities in the Middle East as military targets, in response to attacks by Washington and Tel Aviv against their educational institutions, and the Huthi rebels in Yemen launched, for the second consecutive day, missiles against the south of Israeli territory.

In a statement, the Israeli army states that, in recent days, “the Iranian regime had begun to transfer its command centers to mobile units, after most of them were attacked by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) during the last month”.

According to him, Israeli fighters destroyed several of these temporary command centers, “including the commanders who operated in them”, during this latest wave of bombings.

The Israeli army adds that its attacks also targeted infrastructure belonging to the Iranian weapons production industry, having hit, as it claims, “dozens of weapons warehouses and factories”.

For its part, the Iranian agency Fars indicated that “several explosions were heard” in the Persian capital, without providing further details.

In a statement released by the Iranian agency Tasnim, linked to the elite body of the Islamic Republic, the Revolutionary Guard assured that “all universities of the occupation regime [em referência a Israel] and the United States are legitimate targets until two universities are attacked in response to the Iranian ones that were destroyed.”

The Revolutionary Guard warned “all workers, teachers and students at American universities in the region and residents in their immediate vicinity” to stay at a distance of one kilometer from the institutions.
