The process of change on the labor market is characterized, among other things, by globalization, digitalization, demographic developments and the noticeable change in values ​​in society. This has concrete effects on current operational practice and influences the design of the future (digital) working society. At the center of many discussions is the question of how the digitalization of the world of work can lead to an improvement in working conditions, more freedom and more cooperation in the company.
