NASA gives the green light to Artemis II to go to the Moon after more than 50 years

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration, better known as NASA, gave the green light on Thursday to the astronauts of the Artemis II mission to head to the Moon and carry out the first manned lunar flyby in more than 50 years.

The four astronauts who are currently still in Earth orbit will turn on the engines of the Orion capsule to take a trajectory towards the Earth’s natural satellite, according to the American space agency.
