New York State Temperatures: How Cool Did It Get? Who had the lowest temperature?


Syracuse, NY – It was brutally cold in upstate New York on Saturday morning, but where was it coldest?

The coldest temperature today was -38 degrees in Philadelphia (Jefferson County), according to the National Weather Services.

The coldest in Central New York was -28 in Otter Lake (Oneida County).

And the coldest in Onondaga County was -16 in Cicero.
