Yesterday evening, Saturday, the Israeli occupation army arrested 19 Palestinians, and confrontations broke out in raids carried out in various areas of the West Bank, while settler attacks on Palestinian farmers continued in conjunction with the olive harvest season.
Palestine TV said that the Israeli army “arrested more than 15 workers from the Ain al-Hawiya area near the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem.” According to eyewitnesses to Anadolu, the arrest came during the workers’ attempt to enter Israel, in search of work.
In the northern West Bank, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that its crews transported to the hospital 3 wounded people, two children (15 years old), who were injured by live bullets in the legs, one of whom was seriously injured, and a young man (18 years old) who was injured by live bullets in the foot, during the Israeli occupation army’s storming of Tubas.
The Jerusalem Brigades – Tubas Brigade said: Its fighters confronted the invading occupation forces on several fronts and showered them with bullets according to the conditions of the field.
On the other hand, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 4 Palestinians, including a pursuer, while pursuing them near the town of Marka, south of Jenin, in the northern West Bank.
Israeli special forces surrounded a house in the Dibbat al-Atari neighborhood in the city of Jenin amidst a flight of drones, and the occupation army sent military reinforcements to the site. Al Jazeera’s correspondent, quoting Palestinian sources, said that the occupation closed the area before storming the besieged house, and then special forces pursued a pursuer who managed to withdraw from the house towards the town of Marka, south of the city.
Al-Quds Brigades announced – Jenin Battalion Its fighters in the Jaba Company confronted the enemy forces storming the town according to the conditions and data of the field, and targeted military vehicles with a number of explosive devices.

Also in Jenin, the official Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) confirmed the outbreak of confrontations with the occupation army in the town of Silat al-Dhahr, after an occupation army force stormed the town, noting that they raided a number of homes in the town and destroyed their contents.
In turn, Voice of Palestine Radio said that the occupation army arrested a young man during the storming of the village of Deir Abu Daif, east of Jenin, and also stormed the town of Kafardan, west of the city.
Also in the northern West Bank, the radio said that the occupation army stormed the vicinity of the old Askar camp in Nablus, leading to the outbreak of confrontations during which the occupation fired bullets, sound bombs and gas.
In the central West Bank, Palestine TV reported that a number of citizens suffered from suffocation during the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of the town of Hizma, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.
He pointed out that the army forced shop owners to close them and spread throughout the town’s streets.
Settlers attacks
Settlers attacked the village of Minya, southeast of Bethlehem, and attacked Palestinian homes. The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that the occupation forces prevented the ambulance from reaching one of the injured people as a result of the settlers’ attack.
Meanwhile, sources told Al Jazeera that settlers stormed the Al-Quraynat area in the town of Surif, north of Hebron, burned a Palestinian car and set fire to a house.
In another context, sources reported to Al Jazeera that farmers suffered from suffocation and burns in the town of Kafr Malek, northeast of Ramallah, during an attack by settlers using poison gas and pepper spray while they were picking olives.
Al Jazeera’s correspondent also reported that settlers stormed the Al-Manatir area in the town under the protection of the occupation forces, who were in the place without intervening to stop the attack. He said that farmers confronted settlers who escalated their attacks in villages and towns in the West Bank during the olive harvest season.
Pictures documented an assault by an Israeli settler and soldiers on an elderly Palestinian woman and her son-in-law, while they were picking olives yesterday evening in the town of Nahalin, west of Bethlehem, in the southern West Bank. Palestinian sources said that the occupation forces arrested them after the attack before they were released this morning.
In conjunction with the war of extermination in Gaza, the occupation army and settlers escalated their attacks in the West Bank, resulting in the death of more than 1,058 Palestinians and the injury of about 10,000 others, in addition to the arrest of more than 20,000 people, including 1,600 children.
