The president Claudia Sheinbaum visited the municipality of Alamo, Veracruzwhich was affected by the rains.
“In Álamo, Veracruz, we visited the support delivery center. We listened to and attended to the needs of all families affected by rains. They are not alone,” he said in a message published on his social networks.
Previously, the federal president was at a support delivery center for those affected by the rains in Rica’s pictureVeracruz.

“In Poza Rica, Veracruz, we monitored cleaning progress and visited the support delivery center for families affected by rains. They are not alone, help and attention to needs continues,” he noted on his social networks.
In the morning, he reported that, this Thursday, he would visit Veracruz and Puebla to supervise the cleaning work and delivery of direct support to the population, as part of the actions carried out by the Government of Mexico after the extraordinary rains that were recorded on October 9 and 10.
“I am going to move back to Veracruz today, we are going to be in Poza Rica and Álamo, then we are going to Puebla, we are going to supervise or verify, to visit, to review the
cleaning work that is being done and also the delivery of support,” Sheinbaum reported.

He remembered that yesterday, Wednesday October 22the Government of Mexico, through the Secretary of Welfarethe delivery of the first direct support of 20 thousand pesosas well as food vouchers and household goods, to the affected population in Veracruz,
Puebla, Queretaro y San Luis Potosi; while the October 25 will start in Hidalgo.
