Jannik Sinnernumber two in the world, won the tournament ATP 500 in Vienna this Sunday by beating world number 3 in a final for the second time this season, Alexander Zverev3-6, 6-3, 7-5.
Executioner of the German in the final of the Australian Open in January, the Italian won his fourth title of the season, and the second of his career in the Austrian capital, where he had already won in 2023.

In that decisive sleeve, Zverev saved two break points in the fifth gamebut Sinner maintained his pressure and won his prize at 5-5, managing to break the German’s serve, before sealing the final victory with his serve.
This is the fourth title of the season for the 24-year-old, after Australian Open, Wimbledon and Beijing. Sinner has reached the final in eight of the ten tournaments he has competed in this season.
Brazilian Fonseca wins the ATP 500 in Basel
The Brazilian Joao Fonsecanumber 46 in the world, at the age of 19, won the second title of his career on the main circuit, by dominating this Sunday in the final of the ATP 500 Basel to Spanish Alexander Davidovich (18ยบ) 6-3, 6-4.
Fonseca thus became the second youngest champion of an ATP 500, the third category of tournaments after the Grand Slam and of the Masters 1000from Carlos Alcaraz in Rio de Janeiro and in Barcelona in 2022.
Thanks to this title, the second after the one in Buenos Aires in February, Fonseca, winner at the end of last year of the Next Gen Finals, the Masters for players under 21 years old, will enter the Top 30his best ATP ranking.
