The UCO confirms that Ábalos was at the Teruel parador for “private meetings”

The document attributes this sum to “expenses related to transportation tickets borne by Koldo in favor of people who maintained with abalos meetings of a personal nature. Specifically, the former advisor of José Luis Ábalos spent 490.25 euros on train tickets whose destination was the Aragonese city. «It has been confirmed that, on a recurring basis, Koldo and Patricia –Patricia Urizthe ex-wife of the former advisor – acquired transport tickets and paid for the accommodation of third parties linked to Ábalos on the occasion of different personal meetings. This practice meant a total disbursement of at least 4,975.65 euros, charged to their bank accounts.

According to investigators, there were more transportation payments for the former minister to meet women in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona or Almería. “Given these payments, which would not have been subsequently compensated by Ábalos, the personal disbursements charged to an undeclared source of income amount to a total of at least 20,799.40 euros,” he concludes.
