After a hearing of almost two hours, a Control Judge issued a link to the process Héctor ‘N’, the 18-year-old young man arrested minutes after the attack against lawyer David Cohen in Ciudad Judicial, for the crime of qualified homicide.
Likewise, the judge determined a three-month period for the closure of the investigation complementary, during which time Héctor will remain confined in the Reclusorio Oriente.

The first reports about what happened inside the courtroom at his hearing indicate that today linked to the process pleaded guilty of the charges against him and offered an apology for what happened in Ciudad Judicial. Besides, pointed to a third person of hiring him to commit the crime in exchange for a sum of money.
