“It is important to specify that the executor of the works is the Government of the State of Yucatán, and that the resolution that denies the definitive suspension is firm both in the first and second instance, having been declared without matter by a collegiate court,” the statement concludes.

Federal court grants provisional suspension due to amparo trial
