Pemex controló el incendio en un gasoducto que se registró en el municipio de Reforma, en el estado de Chiapas, el cual dejó cinco militares lesionados.

Through a statementthe company detailed that the fuego was generated in a duct 30 inches, at the injection point of the Gas Processor Complex (CPG) Cactus to the Cactus Measurement Regulation Station.

He pointed out that once the work to address the emergency is completed, the investigation will begin to determine the origin of the mishap.

Pemex reported that due to the gas pipeline fire in Chiapas, five soldiers who were near the site were injured, so they were transferred to the Military Hospital in Villahermosa Tabasco; His health status is reported to be stable.

The oil company indicated that specialized personnel will remain at the scene of the incident to carry out containment work until the end of the emergency is declared.

For its part, the National Natural Gas Control Center (Cenagas) reported that at 12:57 p.m. this Monday a fire was reported in a pipeline located between the Cactus and Cuxtal facilities, on the borders of Chiapas with Tabasco.

The agency reported at 1:40 p.m. that the fire in the pipeline was controlled, with no major damage reported to the facilities.
