UMÁN.- A man ended up injured with a machete, after arguing with another in the main park of this municipality.
Police officers arrived at the park located on 20th Street, 19-A and 21 in the center, following reports from witnesses who found FC, 40 years old and originally from the Bolon police station, with a wound on his face, so they quickly came to help him.
The man was allegedly traveling in a van of the route Samahil–Umánwhen a subject began to insult him and grab him by the shirt. Later, both subjects met in the park and after arguing, one of them was attacked with a machete.
The attacker was identified as WC, 34 years old and alias “Dadi”who fled the scene, but was detained along with the weapon by police officers. Meanwhile, the injured man was treated by paramedics, who transferred him to the IMSS in Umán for medical evaluation.
