TIZIMÍN, Yucatán.— This Sunday, a brawl in a city parkwhich caused a police movement and the arrest of a person.
The information collected indicates that, this afternoon, an altercation occurred in the Children’s Heroes Park that mobilized elements of the Municipal Police.
According to the official report, the events occurred around one in the afternoon, when some neighbors alerted the authorities about a fight that was taking place in the park.
Upon arrival, officers found several people arguing and two women who had allegedly assaulted each other. During the altercation, a man also allegedly hit one of those involved.
Faced with this situation, the uniformed officers intervened to control the conflict and proceeded to arrest the subject identified as the aggressor. The man was transferred to the public prison for reasons of requesting assistance, while the authorities became aware of what happened.
