The number of incidents due to bad weather in Madeira rose to 116. The data was updated this morning, March 22, by the archipelago’s Civil Protection Service. Since last Thursday, the region has faced bad weather, including a tornado.
The previous balance, from Saturday afternoon, indicated 106 occurrences, ten less than the current number. According to Lusa, until 8:30 am this Sunday, relief operations mobilized a total of 301 operational personnel and 139 technical means, with all situations being or are being resolved at the municipal level, with no casualties recorded.
