A SUSPECT wife cut off her drunken husband’s penis and flushed him down the toilet in a bloody jealous rage – but he begged a court to spare her.
An enraged woman attacked her husband in a cafe after allegedly suspecting him of infidelity.
The 58-year-old woman, identified only as A, struck in August 2024 at a cafe in the Hwado-myeon district of Ganghwa Island, South Korea.
She has since been found guilty of special grievous bodily harm for the early morning attack on her 50-year-old husband.
Court records show that Husband A was drinking alone at the cafe and fell asleep.
The woman’s 40-year-old son-in-law (identified only as B) entered the establishment and tied him up with rope and industrial tape.

After the victim was restrained, she launched her savage attack, stabbing her husband about 50 times before cutting off his penis with a sharp weapon.
She took the unattached genitalia and flushed it down the cafe’s toilet, destroying the possibility of surgical reattachment, the court heard.
The man was then taken to hospital after paramedics found him.
He underwent surgery and survived the attack, but was left with permanent physical and psychological injuries.
The victim reached an agreement with his wife and formally asked the court for leniency.
His request was taken into account when sentencing.
The woman was sentenced to seven years in prison, while her son-in-law was jailed for four years for his role in the attack.
The pair appeared before the Incheon District Court on separate days in January.
Police said a woman planned to brutally assault her husband after suspecting him of cheating.
She allegedly enlisted her daughter to help him spy.
The couple’s daughter was fined £1,514 (KRW 3 million) after hiring an unregulated private investigator to illegally track her father’s movements using GPS.
It comes as Belgian-Israeli Ehdu Arya Laniado65, suffered a heart attack during an unusual procedure at the Saint-Hondre-Ponthieu clinic in Paris.
The extremely wealthy owner and founder of Omega Diamonds was a regular visitor luxury at the clinic where he was ordered for penis enlargement.
He had penile injections at the time of his death.
A homicide investigation was initially opened but later changed to charges of failure to render aid to a person in danger, drug offenses and practicing medicine without a license.
Guy H, the renowned plastic surgeon and founder of the clinic, was given a 15-month suspended prison sentence by a Paris court on Wednesday.
His assistant surgeon, who stood in for him on the night of the operation, was given a 12-month suspended sentence.
Both doctors, aged 70, were permanently banned from practicing medicine and ordered to pay fines of €50,000 (£43,000) and €20,000 (£17,000).
Despite this, both were cleared of any wrongdoing in connection with Laniad’s death.
