Some errors when sending documents on the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA) portals may be caused by the way in which shipping is carried out. The agency released, this Friday, March 27, guidelines that it called “good practices”.
“Speed up the submission of your documents on digital platforms – start with the file name. To avoid errors, follow these good practices”, highlights AIMA. The guidelines are as follows:
-
Use short and simple names
-
Avoid accents, cedillas and special characters such as: + – ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ´ ( ) ` , ; ? [ ] { } ‘ ” | ..
-
If you experience any difficulty loading or submitting, choose another browser.

“Before submitting, confirm the file names and apply these good practices”, highlights the entity. You also need to pay attention to the file size, which can also cause errors.
The agency has increasingly made services and procedures available through contact forms and portals. However, there are those who, to date, have not been able to gain access. On social networks, users share “tips” to try to minimize portal errors and gain access.
