Of Alsatian ancestry (her grandparents worked in the textile industry in Mulhouse), Marie Weber spent her childhood between Munich, where she was born in 1991, and Rouffach. She began designing shoes during her training at the École supérieure de design in Troyes, before learning artisanal manufacturing as part of a master’s degree at the Politecnico Internazionale della Moda (Polimoda) in Florence.
