Following this incident, in which he was detained by the PSP, this man was, on March 23, subject to periodic presentations and banned from visiting the place. The following day, the Attorney General’s Office clarified that he was suspected of the crime of possession of a prohibited weapon. However, he ended up free.
Days later, the Minister of Internal Administration, Luís Neves, repudiated this type of act, which he considered to be a “crime of a terrorist nature”.
According to the Observador, this man is 39 years old, a former teacher and graphic designer. He is also a PT member, as revealed by the party itself, which ordered his preventive suspension and the initiation of disciplinary proceedings.
