Less than an hour before, the CGTP criticized what it said was the Government’s openness to, “underhandedly”, negotiate the labor package and assured that no process is valid without the agreement of the inter-union.
“Trying to keep workers and their representative organizations away from the discussion on the labor package and, surreptitiously, pretending that there is an openness to discuss, when what they want is to make labor legislation even worse, demonstrates well who we are dealing with”, stated the general secretary of CGTP, Tiago Oliveira, in Lisbon.
The interunion ensured that no process is valid without its agreement, nor apart from the will and demands of the workers.
