“I may not extend it, but the blockade will continue”Donald Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One, when asked what he would do in the event of no agreement with Iran.
“I think (the peace agreement) will happen”
More “I think it will happen”he added regarding this potential peace agreement.
Iran, which announced on Friday the reopening of the strategic Strait of Hormuz, threatened to close it if the United States maintains its blockade.
Donald Trump had previously affirmed that this blockade would remain “fully in force” until the end of negotiations with Iran.
