Albe. What future for the Hôtel parc & spa Les Cigognes, placed in compulsory liquidation?


For several weeks, on the Leboncoin website, an advertisement has been published for the sale of a lease right for the Les Cigognes hotel park & ​​spa in Albé. The establishment was placed in compulsory liquidation on December 9.

The hotel, which had replaced the Holiday Village on the heights of Albé, will not have operated for long. Bought in 2020 from Belambra Clubs by the European hotel operating company (EEH) then reopened in 2022 after two years of work, it was therefore placed in compulsory liquidation at the end of last year by the commercial chamber of the Colmar judicial court.

End of a story which has experienced, throughout the year 2025, multiple episodes: two unfavorable operating notices due to non-compliance with safety standards with formal notices to close, two prefectural orders for temporary closure for health reasons, municipal closure orders, successive directors, and finally the liquidation…
