Treated by firefighters in serious condition, the driver involved in the road accident that occurred Friday evening in Adam-lès-Vercel succumbed to his injuries. The 25-year-old man was urgently admitted to Besançon hospital this Friday, April 17 in the evening.
The accident took place on the RD 50 between Valdahon and Vercel-Villedieu-le-Camp. Driving a Volkswagen Golf, the driver lost control of his vehicle and left the road. The only cause was his car, which violently hit a tree. Ejected from the vehicle and in cardiorespiratory arrest, the young man was resuscitated thanks to cardiac massage provided by witnesses to the accident. Despite this, his vital prognosis was still in jeopardy at the time of his transfer to Besançon hospital.
