KW Portugal reaches record revenue of 86 million in 2025 with growth of 18%

Keller Williams (KW) Portugal ended 2025 with a new revenue record, reaching 86 million euros, an increase of 18% compared to the previous year.

During this period, the real estate company carried out 14,500 transactions, an increase of 10% compared to 2024. The average transaction ticket was 335 thousand euros, reflecting a 12% appreciation of real estate assets and consistent demand.

The Credit Intermediation area also showed strong dynamism, with growth of 40%, indicating greater integration of services and financial support for customers.

In 2025, KW Portugal expanded its network with five new Market Centers in São Miguel, Castelo Branco, Linda-a-Velha, Eastern Lisbon and Loures. Two of these centers exceeded ten million euros in revenue, reinforcing the brand’s business model, says the real estate company in a statement.

In the same document, he points out that the Growth Share program distributed 1.6 million euros among consultants in 2025, totaling more than nine million euros since 2014.

Marco Tairum, CEO of KW Portugal, emphasizes that “growth is only possible because we consistently invest in training, technology and a business model that puts the consultant at the center.”
