According to the specialized portal Downdetector, the crash occurred from 1:41 pm (São Paulo time) this Monday, when problems were reported in both the application and the X website.
The outage is affecting all users of the platform globally, including Portuguese users, who at around 2:11 pm had made 589 complaints. In Spain, 3,818 reports were registered, with errors such as the inability to consult the latest publications shared on the social network, in addition to sending and receiving messages.
When accessing the site, the X loading logo appears, and after waiting longer than usual, the “something went wrong, it’s not your fault” error notification appears.
This new service failure occurred exactly one month after the same incident in a previous outage reported on January 16, in which the X servers were unresponsive, displaying error message 522.
