A masterpiece from the Musée de l’Œuvre Notre-Dame, a table top from 1528 shows all the ages of life. It synthesizes the subject of “Time Returned”, an exhibition which starts from the end, i.e. death, and returns to the beginning, birth. Throughout the journey, Estelle Pietrzyk, chief curator of the Strasbourg Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMCS), took care to combine the collections of the entire network of Strasbourg museums.
