The Student Government Association (SGA) plans on entertaining the student body this Valentine’s Day with the classic dinner and movie event.

With such a positive response from last year, Aaron Hebert, executive director of social life, decided to do it again. It was nice because everyone came dressed up on last year’s Valentine’s Day, according to Hebert.

For dinner, SGA is planning a three-course meal in the President’s Dining Room. Since there is limited seating and SGA is ordering meals based on the responses of students, a reservation is needed. Students have the option to start with either clam chowder or Caesar salad, followed by three entrée options: maple pecan chicken, tricolored tortellini, or a vegan portobello mushroom. And last, but definitely not least, dessert!

The first dinner is served at 5 p.m. and the second at 7 p.m. Then at 8 p.m., The Notebook will be shown at Canterbury Hall.

Hebert stresses the importance of signing up to attend because he wants all students to be a part of this free event if they wish. Please contact SGA to reserve your spot.
